Unfortunately, the photos you sent were not very clear, but from what I can see, you look very feminine and very well-groomed and therefore should have no trouble passing at all. For information regarding FFS and SRS, visit my website: www.TheTransgenderCenter.com where you will find several discussions about the procedures we do as well as before and after photos.
If there is any chance you can come to Philadelphia for a consultation, I would be happy to see you and make recommendations.
Regarding the photos you sent, although you look quite feminine, the only thing I can recommend so far without seeing you in person or better quality photos would be perhaps a rhinoplasty to narrow and refine the nose, some chin and/or mandible (jaw) contouring. The pictures were not clear enough to see the outline of your face or neck very accurately and I can't see if you have a prominent Adam's Apple or not. If there is, a trach shave (thyroid cartilage reduction) would be appropriate.
If you could send better quality photos in the front view (looking straight at the camera with head level), right and left profile view, that would be very helpful. I could then evaluate the details of your face more easily. Of course, the very best thing would be to come for a consultation so I can examine you.
